Hockenheim, Germany

Non-animated version

Hockenheim's Stadium section is always filled to the brim with Michael Schumacher fans

Hockenheim lost much of its character when its layout was changed in 2002, abandoning the long blasts into the forest that were its signature.

The straights might have been unique but they were also spooky and dangerous, especially in the rain.

The changes have, though, provided better racing and improved safety.

But what keeps this unlike any other track is the concrete Stadium section, invariably filled with 100,000 klaxon-bearing fans.
