Score with our smoothies
Got some spare milk, fruit and other odds and ends lying around and a blender to throw them into?
Smoothies are extremely easy to make, not to mention healthy and tasty.
And it's the perfect opportunity to experiment with the more exotic fruits of the world - passion fruit and rambutan anyone?
BERRY TIME
What you'll need:
1/2 a glass of milk
1/2 a glass of cranberry juice
8 fresh strawberries
18 fresh raspberries
How to put it together
Pour all the ingredients into the blender
Blend for 10 seconds
Pour into a tall glass
Decorate with a cherry on top
KIWI SMOOTHIE
What you'll need
Glass of chilled milk
8-10 raspberries (frozen if desired)
1 kiwi fruit (1/2 for smoothie and 1/2 for decoration)
2 scoops of raspberry ripple ice cream (optional)
How to put it together
Place fruit and ice cream in blender
Blend together until smooth
Add milk and blend for one minute
Pour into tall glass
Decorate with kiwi slices
Add straw and serve

What you'll need
Milk
Coco powder
Cooking chocolate
Tinned raspberries
Raspberry ripple ice cream
Fresh cream (optional)
How to put it together
Grate chocolate and sieve raspberries
Mix in a bowl with 200ml of milk and whisk
Add 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and 3 scoops of ice cream
Whisk again
Add fresh cream and whisk again
Decorate with grated chocolate, add straw and serve
