Trevor Immelman and Robert Karlsson have both withdrawn from next week's Scottish Open at Loch Lomond.
South African Immelman, who won the 2008 Masters, has been struggling with tendonitis and did not compete throughout the month of June.
Karlsson has not played since May with the Swede's eye problem affecting this vision and also his balance.
Phil Mickelson has already pulled out of the event with his wife due to undergo treatment for breast cancer.
Angel Cabrera, Ernie Els and Retief Goosen are among the major winners who will take part in the tournament, which takes place from 9-12 July.
