Rock shares lead at halfway mark
SECOND ROUND LEADERBOARD: (GB & Ire unless stated)
-11 O Henningsson (Swe), L Mattiace (USA), R Rock -10 R Sterne (Rsa) -9 J Edfors (Swe), T Mordt (Rsa), J Morgan, C Schwartzel (Rsa) -8 D Lynn, L Westwood
Five birdies on the last six holes helped Robert Rock into a share of the lead at the halfway mark of the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa.
The 31-year-old Englishman was one shot behind the leaders at the start of play after a six-under-par 66 opening round.
He was just as impressive on day two as he moved level with overnight leader Len Mattiace and Sweden's Oskar Henningsson on 11 under.
Lee Westwood finds himself three shots off the lead after a round of 70.
The world number 10 had equalled Rock's six-under-par opening round and, although he is still very much in contention, he could not match his compatriot's score for a second day running.

"I just like the course here, I like the holes," said Rock. "I like the way the ball sits on the fairways as well.
"It suits the way I play my iron shots and the greens are great. I didn't really putt that well today.
"The back nine was similar to yesterday really. The front nine is tougher and I didn't particularly play that well.
"But the driving has been the key so far and that's left me in a good position on every hole."
The early pace had been set by current Sunshine Tour Order of Merit leader Richard Sterne, as he posted a six-under-par round to move within one shot of the leaders.
Henningsson joined Rock and Mattiace at the top of the leaderboard after an eight-under-par 64, while Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy missed the cut by a stroke.
