Clarke fires a 74 in final round
Darren Clarke's failure to be selected for the Ryder Cup team followed a two-over-par 74 in Sunday's final round of the Johnnie Walker Championship.
The Dungannon star finished tied 44th on level par after a round which included four birdies, three bogeys and a double-bogey seven at the ninth.
Paul McGinley was the best of the Irish on five under after a 72 while Gary Murphy's 75 left him on two over.
France's Gregory Havret won by one shot on 14 under.
