American Mark Wilson birdied the last hole to take a one-shot lead going into the final round of the Honda Classic.

Wilson lies on six under, one ahead of fellow American Boo Weekley after both carded third rounds of 66 in Florida.

Sweden's Daniel Chopra is one shot further adrift while overnight leaders Robert Allenby and Charlie Wi slipped back after mediocre rounds on Saturday.

Ireland's Padraig Harrington shot a level-par 70 and is in a group of six players tied for seventh at one under.

"I certainly thought there were lots of possibilities to score out there today," said a disappointed Harrington, who bogeyed two of his last three holes.

Defending champion Luke Donald, whose 67 on Friday had helped him avoid the cut, reverted to his first-round form with a disappointing 72.

The Briton is tied for 61st on six over par.

Both Wilson and Weekley are looking for their maiden PGA Tour victories.
