JJ Henry

JJ Henry After five steady but unspectacular years on the PGA Tour, JJ Henry has enjoyed a profitable campaign in 2006.

The 6ft 3in Henry from Fairfield, Connecticut, delighted the galleries at the Buick Championship in June to win his hometown event.

As well as that first tour win, claimed in his 177th tournament, he has also finished second and fourth this season.

A fine college player and talented all-round athlete, Henry was ranked 190th coming into this season.

Did you know? Henry's father was a noted amateur golfer and played in numerous British and US Amateur championships.
