Blokhin praises Ukraine's efforts
Ukraine coach Oleg Blokhin refused to blame his side's World Cup exit on bad luck after their quarter-final defeat to Italy in Hamburg.
"There's no such thing as good or bad luck here," said Blokhin, whose side had chances before losing 3-0.
"The Italians have a great team and they don't forgive mistakes. On the whole our team deserves great praise.
"I am disappointed that we are out but this World Cup has been a great achievement for us."
