Graham Taylor's tactical analysis of England-Sweden

England's movement
People assume when you're not playing well, you resort to long balls. England have been accused of this.

The players have passed, they just haven't moved and that's why gaps have appeared between the midfield and the front line.

Wayne Rooney is perfect for filling this space against Sweden with the way he drops off. He may also enable Michael Owen to shine.

The players need more movement. Aaron Lennon showed this against Trinidad & Tobago, beating players and creating space for David Beckham's crosses.
