New mum Julie Fleeting celebrated her return to action with two goals as Arsenal beat Keynsham 4-0 to reach the Women's Premier League Cup semi-finals.
Chelsea hammered top-flight strugglers Bristol Academy 8-0, with England's Lianne Sanderson bagging a hat-trick.
Everton beat Doncaster Belles 3-0 while a waterlogged pitch saw Leeds Carnegie against Blackburn Rovers postponed.
In the Premier League, Sunderland beat Watford 4-1 to go top of the table for the first time in the club's history.

Arsenal 4-0 Keynsham Town
Arsenal had victory effectively wrapped up by half-time, with Fleeting scoring in the 25th and 41st minutes before Katie Chapman added the third goal seconds before the break.
The Cup holders eased up after the interval but Kim Little, as usual, put her name on the scoresheet with her 18th goal of the season 12 minutes from time.
Chelsea 8-0 Bristol Academy
Casey Stoney started the goal procession in the 14th minute and an own goal and Sanderson's first strike of the afternoon gave Blues a 3-0 half-time lead.
Dunia Susi, Sophie Perry and Emma Whitter hit second-half goals while Sanderson added another two, her hat-trick goal coming from an 80th minute penalty.
The only bad note on an otherwise very good day for Chelsea was the late dismissal of Whitter for retaliation.
Everton 3-0 Doncaster Rovers Belles
Natasha Dowie put Everton in front after 24 minutes, but the Toffees had to work hard to maintain their lead until midway through the second half.
Two quick-fire goals finally broke the Belles, Toni Duggan scoring in the 64th minute and Dowie claiming her 13th of the season 60 seconds later.

Sunderland 4-1 Watford
The Black Cats had to come from behind after Katy Owen had shot the Hornets into a 19th-minute lead.
Demi Stokes equalised on the half-hour and the home side went in front through Sophie Williams a minute before the interval.
A two-goal salvo in the closing stages proved decisive, Natalie Gutteridge scoring in the 71st minute and Steph Bannon adding the fourth four minutes later.
