FA Cup defeat for Lincoln Ladies
Lincoln Ladies were knocked out of the FA Cup on Sunday losing 1-0 at home to Curzon Ashton.
Lincoln dominated much of the match, but missed opportunities in front of goal cost them the chance to progress to the next round.
A single goal with only seven minutes of the match remaining from Curzon's Emma Lambourne sealed Lincoln's fate.
Their manager Rod Wilson said: "There is no doubt about it, we did not perform well."
"It was a poor match for us. If you squander so many chances in front of goal you are asking for trouble, and that's exactly what happened to us in this match."
