Clare Scanlon's stoppage-time winner capped a fantastic fightback as Bristol Academy recovered from 3-0 down to win 4-3 at Chelsea.
Midfielder Scanlon struck twice to help Academy stretch their lead at the top of the Premier League to five points.
Second in the table Blackburn Rovers could only draw 1-1 at Liverpool.
Birmingham City won 3-2 at Cardiff City to haul themselves into the top half of the table and leave the Bluebirds with potential relegation problems.

Chelsea 3-4 Bristol Academy
Chelsea seemed to be coasting to a comfortable victory following goals from Jo Smith, Sophie Perry and Dunia Susi in the opening 23 minutes.
But Academy reduced the arrears through Stef Curtis in the 27th minute, and an own goal six minutes after half-time brought the visitors right back into the game.
Scanlon levelled the scores 20 minutes into the second half and then, dramatically, the veteran midfielder clinched victory a minute into stoppage time.
Liverpool 1-1 Blackburn Rovers
It took until the 75th minute for the deadlock to be broken, Jo Edwards giving Liverpool the lead.
But it then took Blackburn only two minutes to reply as Natalie Brewer notched the goal that kept Rovers in second place.
Cardiff City 2-3 Birmingham City
A 20th minute goal by Nicola Cousins gave Cardiff an early advantage, but Blues levelled through Bonnie Horwood seven minutes before the interval.
Two Birmingham goals in as many minutes midway through the second half, with Katy Ward and Sally Lacey the scorers, proved decisive.
Cardiff cut the deficit through a 74th minute penalty by Kelly Isaac, but despite some late pressure the Bluebirds were unable to force an equaliser.
