Vale's Rodgers moves to Glovers
League One outfit Yeovil have signed Port Vale striker Luke Rodgers on loan until 5 January.
The Glovers were one of several clubs to show an interest in the 26-year-old former Shrewsbury and Crewe forward.
Town boss Russell Slade had made a "final throw of the dice" bid last Monday for Rodgers and had to wait seven days to get his man.
Rodgers has scored five goals for the League Two Valiants in 17 appearances this season.
