Darren Currie is on his way to Wycombe Wanderers
Currie expressed a desire to leave Underhill after the Bees were relegated to the Nationwide Conference on the final day of last season.
He joined Barnet in the summer of 1998 on a free transfer from Shrewsbury Town.
Barnet chairman Tony Kleanthous told the club's website: "Darren leaves us with our best wishes and thanks".
Currie was selected in the PFA Team Of The Season for Division Three two season's running.
