Spector faces spell on sidelines
West Ham United defender Jonathan Spector faces up to six months on the sidelines because of a hip injury.
The American international was diagnosed with a torn labrum while training with the US team and is likely to require surgery.
The 22-year-old is now almost certain to miss the Olympics as well as the start of the Premier League season.
Spector played 28 games for the Hammers last season, scoring his first goal in the 5-0 rout of Derby County.
