Watford have officially unveiled their new manager Brendan Rodgers at a news conference at Vicarage Road.
Rodgers was introduced along with his new assistant Dean Austin, and Frank Lampard Sr, who will assist in an advisory role.
Rodgers told BBC Three Counties Radio: "There is a wonderful culture here at Watford and this is a great opportunity for us all to succeed."
The new trio will take charge for the home game with Doncaster on Saturday.
Rodgers, 35, said: "Saturday would be nice to get a win. It won't come easy because even though Doncaster are down at the bottom of the table, I know the people there.
"We are at home and we'll get terrific support. The fans here are very supportive of their young managers. If they can help us to victory on Saturday, I'll be the proudest man here."
The new manager will call on the experience he has built up at both Reading and Chelsea, where he has worked with some of the world's biggest names.

Lampard said: "I'm very pleased to be involved at Watford, it's a traditional family club, and it's got a great atmosphere.
"The manager is meticulous in what he does and it is going to be a footballing team.
"He'll want to get the ball down and play football. He has had a good upbringing from where he has been at Chelsea, learning a lot from some good managers.
"We want to get stuck in and get the first team working. We want to get some players in and also get to know the youth players, which is very important to me.
"We are in the position where we know some Premiership managers so we can go to them and if they can help us they will."
