Davids completes transfer to Ajax
Tottenham midfielder Edgar Davids has rejoined Ajax on an 18-month contract.
Davids moved to White Hart Lane in August 2005 but this season the 33-year-old Dutch international has found first-team opportunities rare.
The midfielder, who has also played for Inter and AC Milan, Juventus and Barcelona, completed his medical with the Dutch club on Monday.
Davids played for Ajax from 1991 to 1996, winning the Uefa Cup in 1992 and the Champions League three years later.
The combative Davids also won three Dutch titles in his first spell with Ajax - but his new club trail PSV Eindhoven by eight points in the current league table.
