Tottenham have received a bye into the last 16 of the Uefa Cup after the Court of Arbitration upheld Uefa's decision to eject Feyenoord from the tournament.
The Dutch side were thrown out of the competition after crowd trouble marred their group match against Nancy, but appealed against that decision.
However, the CAS dismissed the appeal and fined Feyenoord £40,000.
It means Spurs, who will lose out on gate receipts and TV money, go through to a last 16 match with Parma or Braga.
The away leg of the tie will be held on 8 March, with the home return leg on 15 March.
Spurs manager Martin Jol said: "I said before that we were happy to play anywhere and any time in the Uefa Cup because we want to play in Europe.
"The decision allows us more time to work on the training ground though.
"Our real supporters are victims of the misbehaviour of people we have nothing to do with"
"We've played a tremendous amount of games in all competitions in the last three months so it's an advantage for us to have a little rest and spend some quality time on the training pitch."
And Uefa president Michel Platini also welcomed the decision, saying: "I am very happy.
"This sends out a strong message that acts of violence by fans within the game will be heavily dealt with and punished by the relevant authorities.
"Recent tragic incidents have shown that we must work together to eradicate all forms of hooliganism or violence from our game."
The match at Nancy was suspended for more than 30 minutes after the French side had gone 3-0 in front, with Dutch fans trying to smash the glass barriers in the stands and throwing seats at stewards.
"We must accept this decision," club director Onno Jacobs told the club's official website, www.feyenoord.nl.
"But it is strange that our club and our real supporters are victims of the misbehaviour of people we have nothing to do with. This is a very heavy punishment."
Spurs have revealed that tickets bought for the Feyenoord home tie will be valid instead for the home leg of the last-16 match, with full refunds available.
