Iversen's injury fear
Tottenham striker Steffen Iversen fears back problems could sideline him for the rest of the season.
The Norway international says he could need an operation to sort out a persistent back injury.
Iversen is training ahead of Norway's friendly with Greece but insists he needs to sort his back out sooner rather than later.
"If I have an operation then the season is clearly over," he told Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet.
"I definitely don't want to have an operation but no one can say
anything for sure."
"I'll have new checks in Oslo on Thursday or Friday."
The 26-year-old has suffered from a slipped disc in his back for the past five years but is not worried that it will force him to quit football for good.
He said, "I've been through so much and had so many problems until now that this is just one more injury."
Iversen is not the only injury doubt in the Norway camp, Blackburn's Henning Berg is also expected to stay on the sidelines.
