Wrong time for break - Martinez
Swansea City manager Roberto Martinez says the international break has come at the wrong time for his side.
The Championship new boys have gone into it on the back of wins against high-flying Preston and Wolves.
And Martinez is keen to avoid a repeat of last month when they lost their form after the break for the opening World Cup qualifiers.
He said: "We need to take a positive from a negative situation and make sure we learn from what happened last time."
Swansea are eighth in the Championship after the opening 10 games of the season.
They went into last month's international break on the back of four league and cup wins and a draw.
But they then failed to win the three games after it before beating Cardiff in the Carling Cup.
And despite a 4-0 hammering by Reading, the Swans bounced back in style beating Preston and pace setters Wolves.
"Every break has come at the wrong time for us," said the Spaniard.
"The last time it disturbed our rhythm a little bit and this one comes at the wrong time.
"But the boys can really get their energy back and must be focused for the Ipswich game because if we drop our intensities, we are going to suffer."
