Delap is thrown by TV attention
Stoke City midfielder Rory Delap insists that there is more to his game than just a long throw-in.
The 32-year-old's deadly weapon has contributed to three of Stoke's seven Premier League goals and he admits that it is all people are talking about.
Speaking to BBC Radio Stoke, Delap said: "I don't get asked about football any more, just the throw-ins.
"It doesn't annoy me but when Match of the Day measure my throw, it's bound to attract attention."
Delap joined Stoke in 2006 on a loan deal from Sunderland and despite breaking his leg on his debut, ironically against Sunderland, the Potters continued with the transfer and signed Delap on a permanent basis.
Stoke are currently second from bottom in the Premier League and next face a tough trip to joint leaders Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday.
