Saints bag Chelsea's Cork on loan
Southampton have completed the signing of Chelsea defender Jack Cork on loan until 1 January.
Saints boss Jan Poortvliet has brought Cork, 19, to St Mary's in order to reinforce the defence following the departure of Andrew Davies.
The versatile teenager can play across the defence and has been used as a holding midfielder while on loan at Scunthorpe and Bournemouth.
Cork captained England at this summer's European Under-19 Championship.
He has played at St Mary's before when he completed 90 minutes of Scunthorpe's 1-0 defeat in January.
