Owls' chief executive leaves club
Sheffield Wednesday chief executive Kaven Walker has left the club by mutual consent.
Walker had been running the club almost single-handedly since the departure of chairman Dave Allen last year.
Director Nick Parker will now take on a greater role in the day-to-day running of the club, according to a statement released on Monday.
The move will not affect transfer dealings in the January transfer window, the club statement adds.
Nor will there be any adverse impact on attempts to attract new investment to Hillsborough, the Wednesday board maintains.
