Blades on verge of triple swoop
Sheffield United are on the verge of signing Wigan's David Cotterill and Luton's Matthew Spring after signing Maltese goalkeeper Justin Haber.
Midfielder Cotterill, 20, has agreed a three-year deal after a loan spell last season for an undisclosed fee.
Blades boss Kevin Blackwell said: "I'm please to say the clubs have agreed a fee. Cotterill did quite well for us."
Fellow midfielder Spring, 28, is set to join the Blades on loan, with a view to a permanent move.
Maltese international Haber, 27, signed a two-year deal after joining from Greek side Haidari.
Spring worked with Blackwell at Leeds and Luton.
