Tomlin has a bright future - Hill
Rushden & Diamonds manager Garry Hill has said young midfielder Lee Tomlin has a bright future.
The 19-year-old started out as a striker but has been playing in a wide midfield role this season.
"He's got a lot of quality and can certainly play at a lot higher level," Hill told BBC Radio Northampton.
"He needs to be prepared to work hard, be consistent with his performances and get goals, at present he's doing a bit of all of that."
Hill added: "He's a player who I like to feel is starting to settle down a bit more, starting to grow up a little bit."
Tomlin had a two week trial with Liverpool in 2006 while at Rushden.
