Duberry sidelined for four weeks
Reading defender Michael Duberry will be out for up to four weeks after suffering a calf strain in Tuesday's 5-1 Carling Cup win over Luton.
The 32-year-old managed just 20 minutes before hobbling off in his first game back after a hamstring injury.
Royals boss Steve Coppell told BBC Radio Berkshire: "I won't imagine we'll see him for three or four weeks."
"It's massively frustrating for him, he's a really good pro and he looks after himself."
Coppell added: "He said it just popped, and when you get that kind of popping feeling in a muscle you know it's fairly significant."
Reading full-back Julian Kelly was also injured during the win, suffering a suspected dislocated shoulder, but is not expected to miss any games.
