Sousa wants more options at QPR
QPR manager Paulo Sousa has revealed he wants more variety from his playing staff and has identified targets for the January transfer window.
Sousa said: "I want to have the opportunity to play with different systems and dynamics.
"You can surprise opponents in that way and it can give you the possibility to play in different ways, depending what we want from that game."
Sousa added that he has told the club's owners which players he wants to sign.
"We have identified our targets," he said. "Together, we make the decisions. We talk and they know what I want."
