Sturrock praises Argyle character

Paul Sturrock

Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock says Saturday's win against Nottingham Forest was a reward for the character his side have shown recently.

Rory Fallon's goal gave Argyle a 1-0 win, a first at Home Park this term.

"It's been a difficult time, because the performances against Norwich and Swansea we unacceptable," Sturrock told BBC Radio Devon.

"But they've come out of that and shown the right character and we've got the right result because of that."
