Wotton comeback talk played down

Paul Wotton Plymouth boss Ian Holloway insists captain Paul Wotton is still "a few weeks" away from a first-team comeback.

The Argyle stalwart has been sidelined since damaging his knee ligaments against Hull last December, but returned for the reserves on Monday.

He played for the first 45 minutes of the 1-1 draw against Bristol Rovers in the Pontins Holiday Combination.

But Holloway told the club website: "It is great to see him back, but he is nowhere near. It is a lonely old road."
