Penrice joins Holloway at Argyle
Plymouth boss Ian Holloway has appointed Gary Penrice to his coaching staff as chief scout.
Holloway said last week that he was close to recruiting Penrice and Tim Breacker, who had been negotiating settlements with Queens Park Rangers.
The pair previously served under Holloway at QPR, while Holloway and Penrice also worked at Bristol Rovers.
"Gary's like a missing bit of my personality. We're that close - he's a fine man," Holloway said.
