Midfielder Wood pens Oldham deal
Oldham have completed the signing of Neil Wood on two-year contract.
Manager John Sheridan made the capture of the ex-Blackpool midfielder a priority after Wood, 23, impressed in a string of pre-season friendlies.
The former Manchester United trainee, was released by Blackpool at the end of the season.
He recently arrived at Boundary Park on trial and caught the eye against Southport, Shrewsbury and Preston in the Lancashire Senior Cup final.
