Paartalu completes Morton switch
Morton have signed midfielder Erik Paartalu until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old was one of 22 players made redundant by the Scottish Premier League club Gretna, who have entered administration and been relegated.
Paartalu had spent a loan spell with Stirling Albion and made 10 appearances for the First Division club.
He was expected to return to Forthbank, but instead signed for Morton and is added to the squad to face Queen of the South at Palmerston on Saturday.
Paartalu signed for Gretna in December 2006, but was unable to cement a first-team place.
The midfielder started five games for the Black and Whites this season before moving to Forthbank on loan.
