Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is targeting the last 16 of the Champions League after his side snatched a 1-1 draw at Celtic.
Ryan Giggs struck to deny the Bhoys victory, meaning only Aalborg can stop United reaching the knockout stages.
To do so the Danish side must win their last two matches, including securing a heavy win over United at Old Trafford.
"I wondered if, for all our play, it might go against us so it's a good draw - that is us qualified," he said.
"We obviously deserved a point but, with minutes to go, you think you're going to lose it and it's not going to be your night. That's football sometimes.
"But, credit to the players, we kept persevering, kept at them, and got our rewards in the end.
"The second half performance overall was very good and we created a lot of chances, a lot of openings, and so I'm happy to have come away with a point."
Scott McDonald had given Celtic the lead with a delightful 13th-minute lob over Ben Foster, but Giggs headed in from close range after Artur Boruc could only parry Cristiano Ronaldo's drive to earn United a deserved point.
And, it could have been even better for Ferguson's men had substitute Dimitar Berbatov not fired wide from eight yards when free in the box in the closing moments.
"I expected Berba to score in the dying moments there, I must say, and that's a pity," said the Scot. "But we're just happy we got the result we needed."

"They a good side, very industrious and hard to break down at times, so that can do it, yes."
