Luton get extra from Barnett sale
Luton Town have a £250,000 windfall as an add-on from the transfer of Leon Barnett to West Brom, after the Baggies were promoted to the Premier League.
Barnett was originally bought for £3m with a promotion clause which handed the Hatters the extra money if West Brom went up a division.
West Brom have also had to pay similar sums to Sheffield Wednesday and Manchester City.
These were bonuses around the signings of Chris Brunt and Ishmael Miller.
