Kromkamp leaves Liverpool for PSV
Defender Jan Kromkamp is on his way out of Liverpool and is returning to Holland to sign for PSV Eindhoven.
The Dutchman made 18 first team appearances - and only seven of those were starts - for the Reds after arriving from Villarreal in January.
He will leave with an FA Cup winner's medal after being named on the substitutes' bench for last season's final against West Ham.
Kromkamp has previously played in Holland with AZ Alkmaar.
