Mandaric ties up control of Foxes
Milan Mandaric has taken full control of Championship side Leicester City after an Extraordinary General Meeting concluded the transfer of ownership.
The ex-Portsmouth owner's offer for the Foxes was accepted by club shareholders in February, but he has now been confirmed as executive chairman.
"Right now, we need a couple more wins to be sure of our safety," he told Leicester's website.
"But we are already looking ahead to what we can do in the summer."
