Gordon named new Hearts skipper
Hearts have named goalkeeper Craig Gordon as their new captain to replace the departed Steven Pressley.
Gordon will wear the captain's armband for the first time in Saturday's SPL match with Aberdeen at Tynecastle.
The 23-year-old Gordon, along with Paul Hartley, had flanked Pressley at a media conference where the former skipper talked of unrest at the club.
Hartley will remain in his role of vice-captain despite having faced a disciplinary hearing on Thursday.
