Power quits Forest for Hartlepool
Hartlepool United have secured the signing of Nottingham Forest academy graduate Alan Power.
The Dublin-born midfielder, 20, made just one first-team appearance for the East Midlands club against Peterbrough in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Pools boss Danny Wilson told the club website: "We have had good reports from Nottingham Forest with regards to his temperament and character.
"Hopefully now we can help him realise that potential."
Power enjoyed a successful loan spell with Blue Square Premier side Grays Athletic last season, making five appearances and scoring twice.
He is also a Republic of Ireland under-19 international.
