Gillingham chairman given FA fine
Gillingham chairman Paul Scally has been fined £2,000 by the Football Association after admitting a charge of failing to produce documents.
Scally, ex-Gills striker David Graham and the club were also warned as to their future conduct by the FA.
Graham and the club had been charged over his move to Priestfield last year.
They were charged with dealing with Jon Kirtland and/or Chris McMenemy, neither of whom was a licensed agent, during his move from Sheffield Wednesday.
Graham was released from his Gills contract just before the end of January after scoring four goals in 19 league and cup appearances for the Kent club.
