Fulham chairman Mohamed Al Fayed has promised manager Lawrie Sanchez that "significant funds" will be available for players this summer.
The London side, who replaced Chris Coleman with Sanchez in April, finished only one point above the Premiership relegation zone this season.
Al Fayed told the club website: "I haven't hesitated in making significant funds available to our new manager.
"I want him to invest on the pitch so that we can reach new heights."

Al Fayed, who celebrates his 10th anniversary at the Craven Cottage helm this year, added: "We have a wonderful club on the banks of the Thames, a magnificent training facility and we play in the best league in the world.
"I have no doubt that we can attract the best players to come here.
"It has been a tough season and there is no point denying that. Difficult decisions needed to be made.
"But our fan base continues to grow and a first-class infrastructure is in place. We have identified a number of targets and there will be considerable movement throughout the summer months to support our aims."
Fulham have been strongly linked with Leeds and Northern Ireland striker David Healy.
Sanchez had a spell as caretaker boss at Fulham for the run-in to the end of the season and then stood down as Northern Ireland manager on 11 May to remain at the Premiership club full-time.
