Fulham opt against switch
Fulham will be forced to play two games in three days next week after opting to put money before Cup glory.
The Cottagers have decided against switching their league game against Spurs on Monday or their FA Cup replay against Burnley on Wednesday.
Both games will now be screened live on Sky television, which could earn the club £850,000.
Monday's game at White Hart Lane will net them about £500,000, while they will get another cash boost for their fifth round replay.
Fulham were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Burnley on Sunday.
The other option would have been to push the replay against the first division side back to Thursday.
But with a crucial league game at home to Sunderland on 23 February it is thought the club would rather have the benefit of three days' rest after the cup game.
