Derby County have signed Exeter City midfielder Dean Moxey on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old left-sided player was born in Exeter and rose through the ranks of his home-town club before making his debut in 2003.
Moxey told the club website he left Exeter to try and progress his career at a higher level with Derby.
"Derby have offered me a tremendous opportunity and I'll give everything to make it a success," he said.
In 43 league appearances for the Grecians last season, Moxey scored four goals and was instrumental in helping City to promotion from League Two.
