East Fife boss wins monthly award
East Fife's Dave Baikie has been named Irn Bru Second Division manager of the month for September.
The Fifers took seven from a possible nine points during September, including a 1-1 draw at local rivals Raith Rovers and 3-0 victories over Alloa and Ayr.
Baikie's side currently sit fifth in the table with 12 points from their opening nine fixtures.
"We took a wee while to get to grips with the division but I think we're getting there now," said Baikie.
"It's been a decent first quarter for a side coming up from the Third Division."
