Cardiff play down link to Roberts
Cardiff have played down reports that Crewe midfielder Gary Roberts is in line for a £150,000 move to the club.
The 21-year-old, currently transfer listed at Gresty Road, has not travelled with the rest of the squad on their pre-season tour of Bulgaria.
First team coach Steve Holland told BBC Radio Stoke: "Gary was invited on the trip but decided to stay behind.
"There is a possibility that something might happen this week so he wanted to be around for that."
Roberts, who has a year left on his current deal at the Alexandra Stadium, has made over 100 appearances for the South Cheshire club.
