McKenzie out for up to six weeks
Coventry City forward Leon McKenzie faces at least a month on the sidelines after a scan diagnosed a grade two tear in his thigh.
The 30-year-old, who missed Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Wolves after suffering the injury in training, is expected to be out for four to six weeks.
Sky Blues manager Chris Coleman says he feels for the player who missed much of last season through injury.
"He's worked hard and I believe he was back to his best form," said Coleman.
"We'll get him back again and we've got to make sure we keep him positive"
Coventry boss Chris Coleman
"He's creating goals, he's scoring goals, he's been very, very strong and powerful for us.
"But we'll get him back again and we've got to make sure we keep him positive."
McKenzie's injury is not as bad as the one that ruled him out for several months in the second half of last season.
In over two years with City, the former Norwich and Crystal Palace man has been restricted to 38 league starts.
