Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has ruled midfielder Michael Ballack and defender Ricardo Carvalho out of the FA Cup final against Manchester United.
Ballack has undergone surgery on his ankle - but is back in training.
Portuguese defender Carvalho damaged the medial ligaments of his right knee against Bolton earlier this month.
Asked about the chances of making the final on 19 May at Wembley, Mourinho said: "Michael Ballack has 0% chance of playing. Ricardo has 1% chance."
Mourinho also played down suggestions that he had a problem with Ballack after he underwent surgery on his ankle in Germany - reportedly against the club's wishes.
"Michael is injured. My relationship with injured players is nothing special. It is true. Injured players are for the medical department," he said.
"I am the manager and I have to coach fit players - players who are ready to play.

"I remember about injured players and I have them in my mind, because I miss them.
"But my relationship with injured players is not a special one. I have to concentrate on the players ready to play."
Chelsea's injury problems encompass striker Didier Drogba, who is struggling with an ankle injury, while Scott Sinclair has broken his foot.
"If you want to talk about injuries, let's talk about Scott," said Mourinho.
"He is a kid playing his first full game for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and in a couple of days he will have surgery on his metatarsal. That is a sad thing."
Sinclair, who made his first start for Chelsea against United in the Premiership on Wednesday, will require surgery after breaking the bone in a challenge with Wes Brown.
