McManus doubt for league run-in
Celtic will discover over the next 24 hours if Stephen McManus will be out for their final three SPL matches.
The Parkhead captain was forced to limp off with a calf injury during Sunday's 3-2 win over Rangers.
The club is waiting for the results of further tests to assess the extent of the damage.
Celtic are away to Motherwell on Saturday before completing their SPL fixtures with games against Hibs and Dundee United.
The defender took up the captain's armband after Neil Lennon left Celtic Park at the end of last season.
This term the 25-year-old has made 48 appearances for Gordon Strachan's team, scoring five goals.
Celtic are five points ahead of Rangers at the top of the SPL table, although their city rivals have three games in hand.
