Cardiff keeping eye on the ball
Manager Dave Jones says next week's court case will not distract Cardiff from their relegation battle ahead of Tuesday's visit of Charlton.
"It doesn't affect us in training or on the pitch and we won't be using it as an excuse," Jones told BBC Sport Wales.
"Where it could affect us is if we try to bring players in, but it's up to the chairman and board to sort out."
The club face court action next Monday from creditors Langstons over £24m in loan notes.

Cardiff chairman Peter Ridsdale is confident of winning the court case, but believes the consequences will be disastrous if they do not, or if the hearing is put back.
"The court case has to happen - to have it deferred for some reason would be a bigger disaster than losing," said Ridsdale.
"We are ready for the High Court and confident we will win.
"We will not go into administration unless it is forced - but if the case was deferred we would have to face that situation."
