Crow signs for Cambridge United

Cambridge United

Cambridge United have signed striker Danny Crow after the 22-year-old had his contract cancelled at Peterborough United earlier this month.

The deal will keep the former Norwich player at the U's until May 2010.

Crow scored 29 goals at Posh but fell out of favour under current manager Darren Ferguson.

U's manager Gary Brabin told the club's website: "He's got a great touch, he holds things up. I think he'll be the perfect foil for our other strikers."
