Pirates to go Dutch in Cheltenham
Bristol Rovers have announced that Dutch club ADO Den Haag will be their first opponents at Cheltenham's Whaddon Road ground on 2 August.
Den Haag have just been promoted to the Dutch Premier League, after winning the end-of-season play offs.
Rovers will kick off their pre-season campaign away to Weymouth on 16 July, before visiting Torquay and Salisbury.
The club are also planning a final high profile match at the Memorial Stadium before rebuilding work begins.
A tour of Denmark and Sweden is also being planned.
